At BIBLECOVSS, every item is handcrafted with care and made specifically for each customer. Because our products are handmade and produced to order, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any products. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any orders. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a handmade, made-to-order product.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
